TALIA KASTIEL-KATZ
Founder & CEO
Talia founded The Chosen One Egg Donation Agency (TCO) after her own difficult experience becoming a mother. She is driven by a passion to help others become parents, and to make the process as positive as possible.
Before founding TCO, Talia worked in the diamond industry for many years, where she gained extensive management and business experience. She also worked for many years in a medical center, and before that, she managed a cake factory. Throughout her career, her work has been characterized by a dedication to her clients and a firm commitment to their success.
Talia is a devoted mother and wife. She was born and raised in Israel, lived in New York City for 10 years, and now lives in San Diego with her wonderful husband and two precious kids.

YARIN KATZ
VP Operations
Yarin holds a BA in Business Administration and Marketing and has more than ten years of experience in business management, marketing, and sales strategy management.
Together with Talia, he has built the company’s strategy from day one. Yarin is responsible for The Chosen One’s marketing, administrative, and financial activities. Yarin also provides support for clients working with US authorities. Yarin’s extensive experience in the field allows him to provide valuable insight, advice, and support to our clients.
Yarin was born and raised in Israel, lived in New York City for 10 years, and now lives in San Diego with his wonderful wife, Talia, and two precious kids.

REDILYN E. RAYMUNDO
Director of International Client Services
Redilyn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. She used to work in a 4-Star Hotel as a Receptionist for six years. She joined the TCO Family in February 2022.

FRICHE N. RUAZA
Senior Donor Program Specialist
Friche has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Management Accounting. She worked as the Executive Secretary for the Vice President of Operations of an export company for almost five years.

Dibby has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Banking and Finance. She worked in a Government Agency as an Administrative Assistant for a year. She joined TCO as a Donor Coordinator.

KRISTEN E. B. ARMSTRONG
Legal Consultant to Intended Parents
Kristen has been at the forefront of breakthroughs in the healthcare industry since starting her legal practice. She has over ten years of experience in the Medical Tourism industry, specializing in the surrogacy and egg donation process on a global level.
Her passion is being a part of the journey in the assisted reproductive technology process of her clients worldwide. Kristen represents clients in drafting legal agreements to be executed with surrogates and intended parents. She also represents parties engaged in egg, sperm, and embryo donations. Her legal background in the healthcare industry makes her a force in ensuring the journey for all parties involved is as honest and positive as possible. Kristen obtained her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, CA where she served as the Managing Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. While attending law school, her academic pursuits focused on global healthcare and medical tourism. Kristen sees it as her responsibility and honor to provide expert legal representation to gestational carriers, donors, and intended parents, to help couples and individuals realize their dream of having a family.

BANA

Many would describe Bana to be a very altruistic person who enjoys connecting with and helping people all around her. This led her to studying and graduating with a Bachelor’s in Public Policy at York University to explore her passion for learning the policies that bring communities together. Bana started with TCO as an Egg Donor Coordinator.
“As an Egg Donor Coordinator, I get to exercise my desire to help others as I play a pivotal role in the transformative world of assisted reproductive technology. My career is centered around guiding individuals and couples through the intricate process of egg donation. My role encompasses coordinating all stages of the journey, from initial consultations to matching donors and recipients, and providing support during the entire process.
One of the most gratifying aspects of my work is witnessing the joy that comes from helping individuals and couples achieve their dream of parenthood. My deep understanding of the emotional and medical aspects of egg donation enables me to provide comprehensive guidance and support. My role as an Egg Donor Coordinator is marked by compassion, dedication, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those I serve, ultimately helping to create families and bring joy to those in need.”

Senior Case Manager
Bella is a Licensed Chemist in the Philippines with over 10 years of experience in the US healthcare industry. With a strong background in Quality Assurance, healthcare operations, and administrative management, she brings a detail-oriented and patient-focused approach.
She has been proudly part of the Chosen One Group (COG) for the past two years, supporting the team in providing a seamless and compassionate experience for intended parents navigating their family-building journey. Her healthcare expertise, commitment to quality, and passion for helping others allow her to bridge operational excellence with the human side of fertility care.

Geraldine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources. She brings over five years of professional experience in Human Resources, with expertise in end-to-end HR operations across various industries. In March 2026, she joined The Chosen One Group as a Donor Program Associate, where she is committed to providing compassionate guidance and personalized support to egg donors throughout their journey.

Nurse Case Manager
Nikka earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a Registered Nurse with a background in healthcare support, customer service, and administrative operations. She joined TCO in January 2026.

As a Nurse Case Manager, I support donors and intended parents by coordinating communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation while providing accurate and compassionate assistance throughout their fertility journey. Cyrille holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She previously worked as an Officer in Charge for a U.S.-based telecommunications company for two years. She joined the Chosen One family in 2023.
Joining The Chosen One has been an incredibly rewarding journey. As a Donor Case Manager, I have the privilege of guiding donors through every step of their application, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued throughout the process. Knowing that my work helps connect generous donors with hopeful families makes every day meaningful.
Being part of Chosen One allows me to contribute to something much greater than myself. Every completed donor profile and every successful match brings hope to intended parents, and I am grateful to play a small role in helping families grow and dreams come true.
