Yes, any child born following the treatment cycle will be yours. As part of the legal agreement signed by both parties (intended parents and egg donor), prior to the beginning of the donation process, you assume full legal responsibility for any offspring that may result from the donation, and the donor relinquishes all legal rights and claims to, as well as any responsibility for, any resulting children. You will be listed as parents on the baby’s birth certificate.
