Our personal experience with surrogacy is what inspired us to found The Chosen One—to help others fulfill their dreams of becoming parents. Whether you are an individual or a couple, heterosexual or gay, if you’re looking for a surrogate to carry your child, we’re here to help.
What is a surrogate?
A surrogate (sometimes referred to as a surrogate mother, a gestational surrogate, or a gestational carrier) is a woman who carries and delivers a baby for another individual or couple. Intended parents may choose to use a gestational surrogate in cases where an individual or couple is, for whatever reason, unable to carry a pregnancy. When intended parents conceive with a surrogate, they are involved in the pregnancy and are often present when their child is born.
How does it work?
In this process, in vitro fertilized (IVF) eggs are implanted in the surrogate’s uterus. The embryo that’s implanted is typically not genetically related to the surrogate. The egg may be from the intended mother or from a donor, and the sperm may be from the intended father or from a donor. It’s also possible to use donated embryos.
Our services
We have years of experience in surrogacy. Using our knowledge and connections, we will guide you in finding the right surrogate for you. We work with the best surrogacy agencies in the world, making sure every part of the process is legal, and has the best chance possible for a successful pregnancy.
It’s important to understand the necessity of locating a surrogate through well-known and approved agencies, rather than trying to find one independently. To ensure everything is done correctly, we have lawyers who advise both parties along the way, doctors to make sure everything is medically safe, and staff to keep your money in a trust fund and make payments at the agreed-upon milestones. We have personal experience with this process both as intended parents who had a baby through a surrogate, and as service providers. You can trust that we will help you realize your goal safely, securely, confidently, and without spending money on unnecessary services.
Like egg donors, surrogates undergo extensive testing and monitoring to make sure they are ready to help you on your path to parenthood.
